Richard Melinn
Qualified as a referee in 1984, his active Football League career came to a close in 2001 when he took on the role of a PGMO assessor and continues to fulfil appointments for The FA and Football League today.
Richard has remained an active member of the Bridgwater RA over the last 20 years and is now committed to developing referees Somerset’s County Training Officer as an accredited FA Level 4 Tutor and National Course group leader.
